Note to Parents |
| 1. Parents can meet the teachers every Friday between 3.30p.m. and 4.00p.m. only. |
| 2. Parent/ teacher meeting, Parents not to take more than 10 minutes for a session of discussion with teachers. |
| 3. Parents should not disturb the Principal, teachers or students at any time, for any reason, without any prior appointment. |
| 4. Students will not be allowed to go home during school hours. Parents are requested not to make any social engagements or medical appointments during school hours. Parents can refrain from sending their child to school on days when they have such appointments or if the child is sick. |
| 5. The leave of absence should be intimated to the class teacher or to the school office by 9.30a.m. on the day itself. |
| 6. The school will not entertain and hand over things to students during school hours if they forget to bring their possessions like lunch bags, note books, stationery etc. |
| 7. Check whether your child is carrying books/ note books as per the time table. Parents must check the test and home work time table. |
| 8. Parents must ask the children for their test note books/ test files every day and sign the same. |
| 9. Answer scripts of Mid-term and terminal exams will be issued to the parents. Parents must come to school and collect it on the dates specified.

| 10. Parents must sign the pupils' cumulative record sent through the student and return it on the very next day. |
| 11. Only parents can represent their child grievances. |
| 12. Students must attend all exams and class tests, absenteeism will result in failure. Re- examination will not be held on any account. |
| 13. Students are responsible for their belongings. School will not take any responsibility for the articles lost. |
| 14. Students should not take private tuitions from the teachers working in this school. |
| 15. T. C. will be issued to students who fail twice in a class. |
| 16. Railway concession is given for summer vacation only on production of a written requisition from the parents. |
| 17. Timings to meet Principal - Monday to Friday: 10.00a.m. to 11a.m. |
| 18. Distribution of gifts among students and to any staff members is strictly prohibited.

| 19. The school will not be held responsible for occurrences of any nature that take place in parties/ get togethers organised by students outside premises with or without knowledge of parents.
|
| 20. If at any time any legal action is to be taken against the school, it should be within the Coimbatore jurisdiction.
|
| 21. Parents should not permit the students to bring items like CD’s, cell phones, cameras, ipods to the school. If students are found to possess any of the above things, it will be confiscated.
|
| 22. The school is strictly against any kind of physical violence or abuse among the students/school mates or outside the campus.
