1. Parents can meet the teachers every Friday between 3.30p.m. and 4.00p.m.
only.
2. Parent/ teacher meeting, Parents not to take more than 10 minutes for a
session of discussion with teachers.
3. Parents should not disturb the Principal, teachers or students at any
time, for any reason, without any reason.
4.Students will not be allowed to go home once they come to school. Parents
are requested not to make any social engagements or medical appointments
during school hours. Parents can refrain from sending their child to school
on days when they have such appointments or if the child is sick.
5. During school hours, parents should not bring lunch bags, note books or
anything else forgotten by the children to school and interrupt running of
the school. it will not be passed on the students.
6. Check whether your child is carrying books/ note books as per the time
table. Parents must check the test and home work time table.
7. Progress Report will be kept in the school for security by the parents
after every examination and mid - term test. Parents must come to school and
collect it on the dates specified only and not on other days.
8. Only parents can represent their child grievances.
9. Parents must ask the children
for their test note books/ test files every day and sign the same.
10. Students must attend all exams and class tests, refraining from exams
will lead to failure. Re- examination will not be held on any account.
11. Students are responsible for their belongings. School cannot be
responsible for the articles lost.
12. No child may take private tuitions with the teachers working in this
school without consulting the Principal.
13. T. C. will be issued to students who fail twice in a class.
14. Railway concession is given for summer vocation only on production of a
written requisition from the parents.
15. Timings to meet Principal - Monday to Friday: 10.00a.m. to 11a.m, To
confirm appointment please call school the previous day. No business shall
be transacted at the residence of Teachers or Principal.
16. Distribution of gifts among students and to any member of staff is
strictly prohibited.
17. The school will not be held responsible for occurrences of any nature at
all parties/ get togethers organised by the students in their houses and /or
at premises outside school with or without knowledge of parents. |

Leave and late entrance rules |
|
1. Pupils should not abstain from classes without valid reasons or without
prior permission.
2. Every student is issued 10 leave application forms and four late entrance
passes. Leave and late coming should be applied only through these forms
duly signed and dated by the parent. On exhausting these, extra forms can be
obtained from the office by paying Rs. 10/- and Rs. 5/- for each
respectively.

General rules of the school |

1. School functions generally from 8.45a.m. to 3.30p.m. The first bell is at
8.45a.m. and the second bell at 8.50a.m. Higher Secondary and Std X many
have special classes and the timing will be announced by the management and
is subjected to changes as per the requirements. Details regarding the
functioning of the school on Saturdays will be announced from time to time.
For Nursery classes Saturdays will be holidays.
2. Students must bring this book to school everyday.
3. They must come to school in full uniform, neat and be punctual to class.
Wearing jewellery and cosmetics is forbidden.
4.They should keep their surroundings clean and should refrain from damaging
school property.
5. They must attend all the school functions without fail and they should be
present on all reopening days after holidays.
6. Students should not leave the school premises during class hours without
prior permission.
7. Students should not use filthy language nor bring obscene literature,
transistors, cell phones, cameras, photographs etc to school.
8. Disobedience, irregular attendance, insubordination disregarding members
of staff will be dealt with severely.
9. They must produce leave applications immediately on the subsequent day of
their absence.
10. They must come prepared to class with their homework done, notebooks and
text books brought according to the timetable.
11. Students caught copying or indulging in any form of malpractice during
exams will be dismissed.
12. Students should not phone or go to each other's houses without their
parents approval.
13. Students should be on their best behaviour inside and outside the
school campus.
14. Only ink pen are allowed. Students must have spare pens, pencils etc
always.
15. Pupils must take part in games and other compulsory extra - curricular
activities.
16. Being an English Medium School, we appreciate speaking in English.
17. Running, playing and shouting inside the school building is not allowed.
