The Investiture ceremony - "The Presentation of Colours" of the Bharathi Matric Hr.Sec.School was held on 7th of July 2011 in the school premises. The Chief Guest was Mrs. Geetha Chandran (Principal - Yuva Bharathi Public School). The School Pupil leaders, Asst. School Pupil leaders and the House Captains were felicitated by the Principal Mrs.N.Periyanayaki and by the Chief Guest. It was a colourful event with the captains of the four houses - TRUTH, PEACE, NOBEL AND CHARITY - being presented with the house flags and badges. The school band honoured the occasion. The former SPL's and captains were given certificates. The Oath taking took place with the SPL for girls leading the ceremony. It was a solemn occasion with the young leaders promising to serve the school.
